AC Milan ,Li and Elliot

After winning the Scudetto , the team performance was low . the team failed to qualify in European competitions for a few years . Finivest, the holding company signed a preliminary agreement with Bee Teachubol to sell 48% for 480 milion euro in 2015 , after a negative budget of 91.3 milion euro in 2014 financial year and subsequent financial contribution from Fininvest. The deal collapsed. After that , a new prelimentary agreement was signed Chinesse company , which Fininvest sold 99.93% of Milan for 520 milion euro , plus 220 milion euro of financial debt . on 13 April 2017 , the Chinesse company completed dhe deal and Sport Investiment Lux became the new direct parent company of AC Milan . To complete the deal ,an American fund Elliott gave a loan to Mister Le of 303 milion euro . Li failed to repay the loan to Elliot and this fond Elliot became the owner of AC Milan .
